A portrait I photographed in London recently, of artist Nayan Kulkarni. We used a projected image of the moon as a background, using one of the very specialised projectors he builds. One of his current projects explores concepts and meanings around the moon.

I’d done some corporate portraits for the NUT, and had what we needed in the bag. So Anne needed to make some calls, when I got this one.
The workshop

This is Keith, and it took quite a bit of gentle persuasion, from me and his workmates, to get him to sit for me. He didnt look at the camera much, he was very gracious about it all.

Jemma in killer heels
In this crossover lifestyle portrait shot, we have Jemma. She was a joy to work with, and could portray an alluring langour. Styling was by Krishan Parmar.
